Puig has launched the first men’s fragrance by Italian fashion house, Valentino – called Valentino Uomo.

The fragrance is launching now in Europe, Russia and the Middle East, early 2014 – but won’t hot the markets in Asia, Latin and North America until 2015.

The juice includes notes of bergamot, myrtle, coffee, gianduja cream, white leather, cedar and woods.

The luxe glass bottle was designed to be reminiscent of a bottle of fine liqueur. Its adorned with stud-like prisms that glisten like crystals. They were designed to evoke the ashlar bricks of a Roman palazzo.

On the front, is a metal plaque engraved with the Valentino name. Even the outer carton is glitzy – it features a black label trimmed in gold.

The ad campaign was shot in Rome, and stars French actor Louis Garrelm.
